Weiteng Chen

Weiteng Chen is a 5th-year PhD student in the computer science department at University of California, Riverside, where he is working with professor Zhiyun Qian. His research focuses on OS security and vulnerability analysis. He is particularly interested in exploitability assessment and kernel fuzzing. He has published three papers in top-tier security conferences as the lead author. Besides, he has won IRTF 2019 Applied Networking Research Prize and a $15,000 award at GeekPwn International Security Geek Contest 2017 Silicon Valley. Before landing at UCR, he graduated from the CS department of Peking University.
